2:15pm – 3:30pm ~ Session 3

Our society seems to place much emphasis on wealth and material goods. Many of us spend a great deal of our time, energy and resources trying to acquire and hold onto these things. But when we have gotten the better job, bigger bank account, fancier car, are we left feeling peaceful and empowered? Is there really a connection between these things and lasting happiness?

During this day course, Gen Delek will explain, with teachings and guided meditations, how to create inner wealth that will give us lasting peace and happiness. Inner riches such as contentment, giving and concentration are guaranteed to make our life fulfilling and meaningful. By practicing them we can confidently create happiness for ourselves and others, both now and in the future. This class is perfect for beginners to meditation as well as more experienced practitioners.
