970 Blanshard St, Victoria, BC
We all long for a happier life. If we wish to achieve this, we must first learn how to transform our mind and then we will find we can transform our life. Based on the teachings from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s newest book “How to Transform Your Life”, this retreat is a wonderful opportunity to receive practical teachings and experience meditations that will show us how we can develop and maintain the inner peace that allows us to experience true happiness.
On this retreat, we have a perfect opportunity to discover and deepen our understanding and experience of the profound teachings of Buddha as we are guided through the meditations in this wonderful new book. Please join us on this retreat, where we can temporarily withdraw from our usual routines and activities, and learn how to relax and develop peaceful, positive minds through meditation. This event will include instruction (teachings), guided meditations, and chanted prayers.
