Day Course

The Joy of Gratitude
with Gen Kelsang Zopa

Sunday, January 14, 2018
Bodhichitta Kadampa Buddhist Centre
970 Blanshard St, Victoria, BC

9:30am – 10:30am ~ Session 1
11:00am – 12:15pm ~ Session 2
2:00pm – 3:30pm ~ Session 3

A sense of joy comes from understanding the meaning of our life and familiarizing our mind with joyful meditations – meditations that will touch our heart, move our mind, and transform our life.

In this course, we will reflect on gratitude. Developing a genuine mind of appreciation improves our relationships with our families and friends and is the cause of our own inner peace. Feel free to bring family and friends.

Everyone Welcome!

Seating is on chairs or on cushions on the floor and no special clothing is required.

Cost: $25 advance purchase. $30 at the door.
