How to Grow Love – Weekend Retreat

Weekend Retreat

How to Grow Love:
Taking and Giving

Friday – Sunday, March 4, 5, 6, 2016
Honeymoon Bay Lodge and Retreat
10028 Park Drive, Honeymoon Bay, BC

This weekend retreat is open to everyone and will be led by the Buddhist monk and teacher Gen Kelsang Zopa.

We all wish for love in our lives, but our close relationships often suffer from misunderstanding, unrealistic expectations and conflicts. During this weekend retreat we will come to understand the real nature of love, and how to practically “grow” love in our life.

In particular we will focus on the profound practice of taking away others’ suffering by means of compassion and giving them pure happiness by means of love. Everybody is welcome to come along to enjoy this relaxing and uplifting weekend. This weekend retreat includes instruction, guided meditations, and chanted prayers.
