Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche describes Lamrim as the ‘joyful path’. During this Lamrim retreat we will explore how a deeper experience of meditation can create inner peace and solve our daily problems.

Ideal for newcomers, for those wishing to rediscover the joy of meditation and for those who wish to start the New Year recommitting to their spiritual path. This retreat includes instruction, guided meditations, and chanted prayers.

You are welcome to drop-in to any retreat session. All sessions are 1 hour in duration. As a courtesy to all meditators, please arrive and be seated in silence a few minutes before each session begins. Thank you!
