SUMMER SCHEDULE 2017
Our summer schedule starts June 19 and runs through August 31.
- Two Weekly Drop-In Meditation Classes at the Centre on the theme “Creating the Confidence to Change”
- Monday Night – 7:00 to 8:15 pm (except August 7)
- Tuesday Afternoon – 1:30 to 2:30 pm
- Three Weekly Lunchtime Guided Meditations at the Centre
- Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays – 12:15 – 12:45 pm
- Transform Your Life Weekend Meditation Retreat at the Centre – Aug 18-20
- With Gen Kelsang Zopa. Teachings and Meditations on how to bring about the positive changes in our lives that lead to deep and lasting happiness.
Our regular schedule of classes will resume on September 5, 2017.
