What’s for lunch? Peace of mind. Relax, recharge and refocus with stress reducing, heart-opening guided meditations. Great for both beginners and more advanced students. You can sit on chairs or cushions; there is no need for prior experience in meditation. Each session includes the Liberating Prayer followed by by a guided meditation.

Looking for books on Buddhism? Our bookstore has a full range of books, audiobooks, and meditation CDs to help get you started. The bookstore will be open for 15 minutes following the meditation on Tues – Fri. On Mondays the Centre will remain open for Information and Bookstore until 3 pm.
