Find out how to use ancient Buddhist wisdom to change old habits, overcome worry and stress, improve relationships and discover your limitless potential.

We can do this through training in meditation. Meditation makes our mind peaceful, and when our mind is peaceful we are happy, even if our external conditions are challenging or difficult.

Drop-in Classes. Join at any time.

Everyone is welcome to learn more about meditation and positive thinking.
Each class includes a brief teaching, guided meditation, and time for questions. Seating is on chairs or cushions and no special clothing or pre-registration is required.

$10 drop in or $40 for 5 classes
Free for Centre Card holders.

If you are coming from work and will be running a few minutes late, that is fine, we understand. Please just enter quietly and pay afterwards.

Nan Keller is a member of the Teacher Training Program at the Bodhichitta Buddhist Centre. She has been active in the Kadampa community for many years and has been teachng classes at the Centre since 2010.

We are a registered, non-profit, charitable organization.
All class fees and donations are used to support the spiritual activities of Bodhichitta Buddhist Centre.

Do I have to be a Buddhist to benefit from meditation?
No. Anyone can learn basic meditation and experience the benefits that come from having a peaceful mind. Buddhists respect all people and are happy to help anyone regardless of whether they subscribe to another faith, or to none.

Do I need to have experience in meditation or Buddhism to attend the classes?
No. All you need is the wish to improve yourself and the quality of your life.

What do I need to bring to class?
Nothing in particular; however, if you wish to take notes bring a pen and notepad.

How should I dress for class?
No special clothing is required. We recommend wearing something comfortable.
