Sunday September 17, 24, October 1
10am-12pm
Bodhichitta Kadampa Buddhist Centre
970 Blanshard Street, Victoria BC

Buddha explained many methods to liberate ourself and others from suffering. Of these, The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra are an especially powerful way to purify our mind and to reach our fullest potential, the supreme bliss of enlightenment. The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra reveal the very essence of Buddha’s teachings on Sutra and Tantra, through which we can attain the state of a Conqueror Buddha in one short human life.

During this three-part course, Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Zopa will give essential commentary and instruction and guide us in meditation sessions. Through listening and meditating, we will have the opportunity to directly experience the healing power of this rare and precious lineage of teachings.

Everyone is welcome to attend these teachings, though you should have the intention to receive the precious empowerments of Heruka and Vajrayogini in the future which make these practices effective.
